1) Filling out this information on the on-line form;
2) Download this form, fill it in and e-mail it to Mike Hultgren;
3) Print this form, fill it out, and FAX it to Mike Hultgren at (651) 635-9080.

The Maltby Nature Preserve is a 90-acre wildlife sanctuary and environmental education facility located on the Cannon River between Northfield and Cannon Falls in southeastern Minnesota.
