-Asset Management Project Manager

Foth, a nationally recognized, employee-owned engineering firm, is seeking a Project Manager to serve our newly formed company, Asset Management LLC, on a corporate-wide basis from our Green Bay location.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Implementing business strategy through specific aggregate mineral projects
- Site prospecting
- Negotiating agreements with land owners, negotiating contracts with aggregate companies
- Overseeing Infrastructure and Environment technical work to ensure quality and budget compliance
- Interfacing effectively with public and regulatory agencies
- Financial management of the program

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

> Demonstrated ability to operate in a multidisciplinary, self-directed and team-oriented environment with team members residing in multiple locations
> Project management and financial management experience
> Technical familiarity with the aggregate mineral development process including local government permitting and other necessary regulatory requirements
> BS in science, engineering, or business degree with related experience
> Minimum of 15 years of experience in engineering, consulting and/or aggregate minerals
> Ability to travel to client sites and/or other Foth office locations (up to 10%)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

* Master’s degree in science, engineering, or business
* Business development experience
