Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include field sampling of soil, soil vapor, surface water and groundwater to determine environmental site conditions. Knowledge in sampling methods required. Gain working knowledge and understanding of federal and state regulations applicable to site investigation and remediation projects. Provide oversight of sub-contractors during excavation and drilling activities. Work includes out-of-town projects, must be able to work independently with a minimum of direct on-site supervision.

Required Skills:
Must have a valid Class D driver’s license. Knowledge of soil, groundwater and soil vapor sampling methods required. Basic computer skills and proficiency in spreadsheet management.

Preferred Skills:
OSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER and CPR-first aid training. Knowledge of soil classification and well installation experience a plus.

Education Required:
Associates Degree, BA/BS preferred

Experience Required:
12 months
